We are now offering our Introduction to Mountain skills course. This will be perfect for anyone who wants to learn the basics of safely finding their way around the hills or for anyone who needs to practice their skills for ML Assessment under the guidance of a qualified Instructor.
Course Duration: 2 days Non-residential.
Course Dates: Next course 8th - 9th May 2010. Can also be arranged to suit any individual or group on request.
Course Cost: £90 per person. Cost for private individuals or smaller groups can be agreed.

Climbing Skills
This course will be ideal for those people who wish to try out rock climbing for the first time. You will get the chance to experience both indoor walls and also real outdoor rock faces. Qualified Instructors will lead you through the basic skills and techniques needed to keep you safe on the rock face.
This course will be run over a series of days and evenings at weekends and/or during the week.
Course Duration: 2 x Evenings & 2 Days 9am – 5pm.
This course will consist of 2 x wed & thur evenings on an indoor wall in the Belfast area and then two weekend days on rock in the Mourne area.
Course Dates: Can be arranged to suit any individual or group on request.
Course Costs: £125 Based on a minimum of 6 participants. Costs for individuals or smaller groups can be agreed.

Canoe & Kayak Skills
This course will give you all the necessary skills to be able to paddle a canoe or Kayak safely and enjoy the local waterways.
You will be taught, by experienced and qualified instructors, the many different skills and strokes needed to be able to master a canoe or kayak without capsizing and learn what to do if you are to capsize!
You will also work towards and receive a Nationally recognised, Canoe Association of Northern Ireland, certificate.
Course Duration: 2 Days
Course Dates: Our Next available course is 3rd & 4th July 2010.
This course can also be arranged to suit any individual or group on request.
Course Cost: £65 per person based on a minimum of 6 participants but individuals are very welcome.

Mountain Bike Skills Introduction Day
In conjunction with Bikedock's Cycle Maintenance course, we are offering a days tuition on the basic skills of offroad riding to include a chance to practice the essential skills of trackside repair.
This is a one day training course, however if you require a residential course please do no hesitiate to contact us. If the dates for this course do not suit or if you have a group of 8 - 10 paricipants and would like a course run for yourselves, please contact us to arrange this. Any of our skills courses can be arranged for your youth group, or leadership training.
Course Duration: 1 Day Non-residential.
Course Cost: £50 per person (mountain bike hire can be arranged at a further cost).
Course dates: 2010, Jan 17th(fully Booked), Feb 14th, March 14th(Now moved to 21st). Dates subject to change.

Christmas Adventure Voucher days
We have set asside two dates after christmas for you to send your friends on an exhilerating adventure day.
Help them blow off the christmas hangovers on one of these adventure days where they could be doing anything from Coasteeing to Rock climbing.
